This program includes all the required training, education, mentoring, and performance evaluation to apply for an ACC credential.
Participants who complete the coursework will receive an ICF-accredited document certifying them as CERTIFIED ORGANISATIONAL EXCELLENCE COACH and showing they have successfully completed the Level 1 Program.
Overview
This comprehensive program which includes 64 hours of coach-specific training is designed to empower managers, HR professionals, internal coaches, and business leaders with the essential skills and tools to drive meaningful growth and transformation within organizations.
Participants will learn to embody the coaching mindset, master powerful questioning techniques, and build trust and rapport with clients at all levels, from C-suite executives to front-line employees. The course is tailored to enhance the ability to facilitate high-impact coaching conversations, align coaching goals with organizational strategy, and navigate the complexities of individual and group dynamics.

*Aspiring ACC candidates must complete at least 100 hours of coaching experience (75 hours of which are paid or barter with at least eight clients and at least 25 of these hours must occur within 24 months before applying for the credential). Hallmark facilitates reciprocal peer coaching so candidates can complete these experience hours.
