Hallmark Events LLC (“us”, “we”, or”our”) operates the website and the CAspire mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

After logging into the app, users can visit their profile settings to delete their account along with all associated data. Alternatively, users can contact us directly at hello@htioman.com to request account deletion and data removal.

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services or assist us in analysing how our Service is used.
These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Data for research and product improvement
We use minimal and only the required data for research purposes including aggregated data for any publications. This data is completely anonymised using one-way hash functions prior to use. This helps us to improve our product and services and contribute to user-centered AI coaching best practices and including supervised Machine Learning. We may use anonymised conversation messages for research purposes and analysis. If at all, only limited messages get selected from specific AI Coach endpoints and used. You can always write to us at hello@htioman.com to restrict processing and opt-out of your data for research purposes.
Analytics
We also partner with selected third-party vendors, such as Google Analytics to allow tracking technologies and remarketing services on the Site through the use of first party cookies and third-party cookies, to, among other things, analyze and track users’ use of the Site, determine the popularity of certain content and better understand online activity. By accessing the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information by these third-party vendors. You are encouraged to review their privacy policy and contact them directly for responses to your questions. We do not transfer personal information to these third-party vendors. However, if you do not want any information to be collected and used by tracking technologies, you can visit the third-party vendor or the Network Advertising Initiative Opt-Out Tool or Digital Advertising Alliance Opt-Out Tool.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
